Frequently asked questions
How many people can you host?
The Ultralounge holds 400 standing or 200 seated, the Restobar 160 standing or 130 seated, Old Skool 150 standing or 75 seated, Cefishé 120 standing or 80 seated, and the patio 75 standing or 50 seated. Private rentals usually start around 50 guests, and a full building buyout runs to 800.
Is there an age limit?
The bar areas are 21 and over. The restaurant is open to all ages, and a private event does not have to be 21 and over. Tell us who is coming and we will plan the room around it.
What does it cost?
The Ultralounge rents from $3,495 on weekends and $1,995 on weekdays, and rental discounts are available when you add Cosmo catering and beverage service. There is no food and beverage minimum. Hourly rates are available for corporate and academic events. Dining packages run $25 to $75 per person, served tableside, as passed hors d'oeuvres, or buffet, with standard and top-shelf bar packages and bartenders included. The bar can run hosted or cash, whichever you prefer. A full building buyout is available for up to 800 guests, and every request gets a free custom estimate.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We take card, ACH, wire or check, and corporate clients can be invoiced on net 15 terms with a Corporate account. Cancel 30 or more days ahead and your deposit is refunded. Inside 30 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Can we bring our own cake, caterer or decorator?
Yes. Outside licensed caterers and outside desserts are welcome. In-house catering is by Executive Chef Jimmy Prieto, and we keep a vendor network of DJs, florists and decorators you can draw on, or bring your own licensed vendors.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is parking in the rear lot beside the patio, plus street parking on East 2nd Street.
Is the building accessible?
Yes. The building has an elevator and is accessible. If access matters for your event, mention it in your request and we will plan around it.
How far ahead should we book?
Dates book up to twelve months out, and every request can include a private site tour before you commit. Popular weekends go first.
How late can an event run?
Bar service runs until 1:30am and the building closes by 2am.
