Short, because we collect very little

What we collect

The only personal information you give this website directly is what you type into the reservation form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the event you are asking about. Submitting the form also passes along your IP address, which we use solely to filter spam. Beyond that, we collect anonymous usage statistics, described under analytics below.

What we do with it

Your request is delivered by email to the venue's inbox so we can reply, and you receive a confirmation email that it arrived. That is the whole journey. We do not sell personal information, we never hand your name, email or phone number to anyone for advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list you did not ask for.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand things like which pages people visit, how they found the site, which links they click (including taps on our phone number), and whether the reservation form is working. It uses cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones, and Google processes this data on our behalf. We look at it in aggregate; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics with your browser's settings, a content blocker, or Google's own opt-out add-on, and every part of this site works exactly the same without it.

Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page views for us. That one sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and cannot tell one visitor from another.

We advertise on Google, and this site carries a Google Ads conversion tag. It records whether a visit arrived from one of our ads and whether that visit ended in a reservation request, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. It uses cookies to connect the click to the request.

What it does not do is worth saying plainly. Nothing you type into the reservation form is sent to Google: not your name, not your email, not your phone number. We do not build advertising audiences out of people who visit this site, and we do not use this to follow you around other websites. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Who else touches the data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers keep standard security logs of web requests. Form emails are delivered through an email delivery provider, usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics, and advertising measurement runs through Google Ads. Each acts as a service provider for us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask a question about any of this. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone. Call 949 954 0120 or use the reservation form and we will sort it out.

For the advertising side specifically, you can turn off personalised ads for your Google account at My Ad Center, and block analytics entirely with Google's opt-out add-on. Everything on this site works exactly the same either way.
